The services listed below work in synergy with and in support of the medical and surgical departments and are, in addition, available to outpatients.
Diagnostic imaging
The
Radiodiagnostic Service guarantees examinations of
Conventional radiology,
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (
closed and open magnet), Ultrasound, Mammography, Computed Tomography, MOC(bone densitometry) through the use of state-of-the-art and up-to-date instruments aimed at giving the best result in the shortest possible time.
The radiodiagnostic service remains open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for booking, performing and collecting instrumental examinations.
In such cases, the patient will be required to pay a financial supplement, the amount of which determined by the Administration will be brought to the patient’s attention before admission.
Clinical Analysis Laboratory
The Clinical Analysis Laboratory specializes in hematology, microbiological clinical chemistry and seroimmunology.
It relies on the collaboration of the facility’s medical and nursing staff for sampling activities and services of medical relevance.
The information system, through special management system interfaced with the medical record, allows for computerized and paper-based management of data, such as patient registry, specimen acceptance, reporting and archiving of results.
Anesthesia and Resuscitation Service
The service performs anesthesiological activities for all surgical specialties; the anesthesiologists of the team follow the patient every step of the way, from preoperative anesthesiological evaluation to operating room care and the awakening period.
The anesthesia service offers acutting-edge care, practicing all echo-guided loco-regional anesthesia techniques.
These are applied for intra-operative and post-operative pain control, reducing the length of stay and improving the comfort of each patient.
The service also provides, anesthesia care to all departments and outpatient services for performing invasive procedures and for any issues related to clinical emergency factors.
Medical Guard
The on-call service, supported by an on-call service by specialty, operates 24 hours a day thanks to the constant presence of qualified professionals.
