Tendinopathy (calcific and noncalcific) of the rotator cuff of the shoulder
Epicondylitis (or "tennis elbow"), pain of an inflammatory nature on the outside of the elbow
Epitrochleitis (or "golfer's elbow"), pain of an inflammatory nature on the inside of the elbow
