Article 5 paragraph 1 Legislative Decree 33/2013 guarantees every citizen the right of civic access.
By virtue of this right, all accredited health care facilities and those under contract with the health service are required to release data, information and documents concerning the health care activities carried out.
The Public Relations Office (PRO) of SANTABARBARA HOSPITAL reports directly to the Health Management and connects the facility with its external users and clients.
It ensures proper information communication and easy and effective access to the services provided by the facility.
A further objective of the URP is to establish a welcoming and trusting relationship with the user, taking into account his or her individual requests and needs. URP Manager: Dr. Virginia Comunale virginia.comunale@santabarbarahospital.it The URP can be directly contacted:

  • WEDNESDAY from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The URP is also open to any complaints from users who complain about inefficiencies.
The methods of complaint are as follows:

  • In writing, using the appropriate form that can be obtained directly at the office by asking the designated staff or the admissions office.
  • By e-mail to the e-mail address: urp@santabarabarahospital.it

All complaints will be answered within 30 days.
