Meals
Meals are served at the following times:
Breakfast: from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Lunch: 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Dinner: from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Bar
Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There is a vending machine (drinks, snacks and coffee) in the lobby
on Saturdays and Sundays the service does not operate
Daily activities
During the course of the day, patients undergo medical examinations, nursing and hotel care, and any necessary therapeutic diagnostic acts and procedures.
Hygiene and cleanliness
Room and equipment cleaning personnel employ carefully selected detergents and disinfectants.
The result of systematic cleaning and disinfection activities is a clean and hygienically healthy environment.
Religious assistance
It is, likewise, free access to the center for ministers of religion other than Catholic.
Valuables
To report any inefficiencies or to ask for assistance with special problems, you can go to the Public Relations Office located on the ground floor.
Certification and documentation
Copies of medical records can be requested at the admission and booking desk.
The request can be made either at the time of discharge or later, by the discharged patient or his or her proxy, with his or her own and the patient’s identification.
Collection is to be made Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Please note that for the release of the copy there is a maximum waiting time of 30 days from the date of the request and a cost of € 30.00 including VAT.
In case of urgency, it is possible, upon special request, to receive a copy of the medical record within five working days at a cost of € 50.00 including VAT.
SANTABARBARA HOSPITAL, upon request, also provides for the mailing of medical records at an additional cost of € 10.00.
Hospitalization certificates, with immediate delivery, can be requested from the doctor in charge.
